Engineering

    Project In-Charge

  • A Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Has bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Has at least 3 year of work experience in the same capacity
  • Can handle both ADMIN and SUBCON Manpower
  • Experience in STRUCTURAL PROJECTS is an ADVANTAGE
  • Must know how to detail drawings
  • Must know how to estimate quantity at cost
  • Must know how to evaluate billings
  • Must have the ability to make decisions and must possess leadership skills
  • Must have time management and organizational skills
  • With extensive exposure in the construction industry
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics

    Quantity Surveyor

  • A Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Has bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Has at least 1 year of work experience in the same capacity
  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
  • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
  • Measure and value the work done on site
  • Has knowledge with Autocad, MS Project, Plant Swift, STAAD Pro and Google Sketch-up

    Project Management Coordinator

  • A Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Has bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Has at least 1 year of work experience in the same capacity
  • Will coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Will liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Will oversee project procurement management, monitor project progress, and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Ensure that client’s needs are met as the project evolves.

    Land Surveyor

  • Graduate of Geodetic Engineering with License
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of knowledge of establishments of main control points/benchmark;
  • Horizontal (Elevation); Vertical (Verticality alignment and Locations) and;Right of Way Property Line

Admin

    Admin Head

  • Has a bachelors/college degree in any field.
  • Has at least 5 years of work experience in the same capacity
  • Has an in-depth understanding of DOLE Rules and Regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Has an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with leadership skills

Safety Officer

    Safety Officer 3

  • Has a bachelors/college degree in any field
  • Must have completed the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training Course
  • Must have at least (3) Three years of relevant experience in Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe bahavior or break in regulation.
  • Assessing risk and possible safety hazard of all aspects of operation.
  • Creating analytical reports of safety data.
  • Proven experience as Safety Officer.
  • In depth of legislation (OSHA) and procedure.
  • Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
  • Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
  • Planning, Implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work.
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to occupational health and safety.

Construction

    Tools Coordinator

  • Has a bachelors/college degree in any field.
  • Has at least 1 years of work experience in the same capacity
  • Acts as custodian of all tools and equipment of the project
  • In-charge of the receipt, storage, issuance and inspection of returned tools and equipment.
  • Checks and reviews documents submitted by employee borrower before issuance of tools and equipment.
  • Encode correct sizes, specs and quantity of materials or tools as per BM
  • Organizes and files documents related to the tools and equipment deployed on site
  • Monitors returned and/or unreturned tools and equipment at the end of the day
  • Prepare and submit reports regarding the status of the tools and equipment on site
  • In-charge of the order, cleanliness and safety of the tool room and its contents
  • Participates in the implementation of the Organization's Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program
  • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment
  • Monitor variances on material budget

Procurement

    Purchasing Assistant

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Has at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must have Skill(s): Inventory Management, Canvassing, Purchasing
  • Working in a CONSTRUCTION FIRM is an advatage.
